Birch Coffee - a Sustainable Community Hangout

Birch Coffee is the first LEED rated independently owned coffee shop in New York City.  The owners of Birch approached Chambers Design to create a completely sustainable café focused on neighborhood engagement and socially responsible events. The café provides local, organic foods, locally brewed beer and free trade coffee & tea.
